We work with real estate agents and lenders to shepherd their deal from the opening title request through closing and beyond. Among other services, our attorneys provide guidance to real estate investors with LLC, Series LLC, and other entity formation strategies. We also represent our For Sale By Owner (FSBO) clientele with drafting and negotiating contracts to protect their interests and ensure a smooth transaction.

Jason has a bachelor’s degree from California Baptist University (2000), and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego (2004). Along with is wife Heather and three small children, Jason is a proud Frisco resident, and loves to serve his community through his local small business.
